LET'S CONNECT - HAPPY HOUR

In The Booth Happy Hours - Drinks, Games & Conversation
The best part of trade shows? Making connections and having great conversations!
This year we hosted a “Let’s Connect” Happy Hours in the booth, creating a relaxed break from the pace of the show. With a few drinks, games, and an easygoing atmosphere, it gave attendees a chance to connect and build relationships.
WHY A VIRTUAL BOOTH?
Not everyone can make it to the show floor, and even if you can, there’s never enough time to see everything that matters.
Our Virtual Booth extends the in‑person event experience, giving teams a practical way to explore automation strategies on their schedule and at their pace. The virtual booth allows you to explore operational challenges and compare solutions, understand tradeoffs, and see how systems work together. You can also learn about Trew and how we can help.

Trew Solutions In Action
Our Solutions in Action kiosk showed off real-world examples of omni‑channel fulfillment, healthcare distribution, retail replenishment, and returns handling.
It was a great conversation starter for how different technologies connect, adapt, and fit with businesses. These conversations tend to be less about individual technologies, and more about how complete systems come together into a solution that supports the way operations need to run.

TrewSort® Swivel Wheel Sortation - NEW
Introducing best-in-class sortation rates and accuracy for ecommerce, retail, parcel and warehouse distribution and manufacturing.
Sortation for 45 to 200 CPM = 12,000 UPH
It is an all‑electric design with SmartRow™ technology that independently controls and monitors rows of divert wheels, enabling accurate diverting of tightly spaced products. It's Wheel Grip Technology combines a barrel wheel design with a durable, long-life coating that increases traction control reducing slippage and tracking errors seen in other mid-rate applications.
The TrewSort Swivel Wheel Sorter handles a wide range of cartons, totes, polybags, and mixed parcel sizes and can sort with small gaps delivering predictable product flow and performance. The design supports single‑ and dual‑sided 30°, 45°, and 90° diverts and operates at speeds up to 400 feet per minute.

TrewSort® Sliding Shoe Sorter now with TrewTouch™
High-speed just got faster with more accuracy! We added TrewTouch™ to our sorters and the speed for high quality, accurate and reliable sortation is now 750 FPM! And, we can now provide sorters with a maximum length of 800 feet before a back-to-back sorter configuration.
What's a TrewSort Sliding Shoe Sorter? It is a high-capacity, high accuracy, gentle positive divert sortation machine that uses a pusher element, called a sliding shoe, to divert cartons, totes, jiffys, and polybags. They are typically used in routing and shipping operations and are mission critical for successful operations.
TrewTouch redefines sortation by reducing product impact and applying smooth, controlled acceleration at the divert. It replaces brute force with precision, much like choosing a wrist shot over a slap shot in ice hockey. Less chaos, more control, and better results.

Trew 3D Warehouse Interactive and SmartMoves WX® WES
Our Solutions Development approach starts by listening, because great automation only works when it fits the way your operation actually runs. We use experience, data, and collaboration to connect business goals to operational reality, then bring the resulting solution to life.
Trew's 3D Interactive Warehouse lets you explore how software, systems, and automation can connect and create flow through a building. It's a useful tool to learn about and compare options, discuss tradeoffs, and operational objectives. The tool is not about selling a technology; it’s about creating clarity, confidence, conversation and long‑term value.
